About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for meeting production and profitability targets by underwriting new business, endorsements, and renewals in line with the underwriting criteria issued by the Personal Lines Department. You will also be expected to build relationships with new producers and continue servicing existing producers where allocations are included in the individual’s annual goals.
