Critical Environment Maintenance Support: - Tracks and monitors ongoing critical environment maintenance and repair for all service lines to pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service uptime is maintained to the highest standards and that faults are dealt with promptly. -Employs practical operating knowledge of engineering systems to lead standard diagnostics and repairs, escalating blockers or obstacles when needed.
