General Role The role of the Sales Associate is to assist the Team Leaders and Store Manager in all aspects of the Hermès store within Hermès standards. The Sales Associate will provide exceptional client experience to all clients whilst supporting the store with daily operations and back-of-house duties. The Sales Associate will assist in maintaining the store environment, image of the House and will be involved in store related activities.
