What You'll Do You will respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to work orders, shipments, and inventory counts, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for account administration and invoicing, generate and maintain paperwork for customer orders, and provide clerical support including scheduling and reporting. Occasional travel by automobile and airplane may be required for business purposes.
