We are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our team on Salt Spring Island. This is a full-time role supporting branch operations Monday through Friday. This role is responsible for the leadership of an assigned team of branch advisory employees (up to the Financial Advisor position) and ensures current and potential members receive exceptional service by providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to direct reports.
