Responsible for managing 1-2 projects at a time (including GC and larger-scale restoration & repair projects, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed upon budget. • Manage subcontractors on scheduling, quality control, understanding and resolving issues and verifying work is completed in accordance with project budget and specifications. • Review all assigned projects to schedule deliverables, track costs and report on.
