Job Summary We are looking for a Family physician with advanced training in Care of the Elderly to join our team in Fraser East! The Fraser Health Older Adult Service provides a network of clinical services including thirteen ambulatory clinic or outreach sites, four Acute Care of Elderly Units, and inpatient consulting currently at nine acute sites.
