Job Summary Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in Langley – a fast-growing urban centre surrounded by parkland, in the heart of the lower mainland. In early 2024, our team will start providing urgent care after hours and on weekends, with a complement of 2.6 FTEs primary care providers (family physicians and/or nurse practitioners). Duties will initially focus on urgent care, with longitudinal care added in the future.
