Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20 - $67.08 / hour Job Summary The RN Clinical Mentor – Home Health functions as an experienced clinical mentor, resource, and champion in the delivery of high‑quality, patient-centred care. Working collaboratively with Nurse Educators and interprofessional leaders, the Clinical Mentor provides rapid, elbow‑to‑elbow clinical mentorship and practice support to nursing staff.
