Reporting to the Navigator Coordinator, this position is generally the first point of contact between the Society and our clients. This position is responsible for referring clients to services and provides an integral part of reviewing and updating the centralized database to ensure the Society has accurate and relevant information to meet clients, donors, and staff needs.
