JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour [SPH] and ROI) as determined by executive, in assigned stores throughout assigned territory. Assist Executive in execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with an increased ROIs and average event sales. Establishing and developing strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta BA’s, Store Leadership, DM’s, and employees.
