Job Summary: Reporting into the Portfolio Manager, the M&A Manager will be responsible for directing Volaris Portfolio’s M&A activities in various verticals globally. This role will act as our principal industry advisor on the software industry and all related M&A elements. You will provide deep domain expertise and key industry leadership regarding acquisitions and ensure the Volaris global strategic objectives are driven throughout the acquisition process.
