The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Tax Manager – M&A and VP Tax Portfolio and Strategy with transactions currently underway and/or planned as part of the portfolio simplification as well as any other large-scale M&A transactions. The role includes support on international tax aspects adjacent to transactions including, but not limited to, capital structure, financing, cash repatriation.
