About the role: We are looking for a Customer Specialist/Subject Matter Expert with audiology background to help us maintain our hospital software solution Auditbase for audiology in the UK and Republic of Ireland, which has more than 600 clinics on the system and more than 6000 users. This customer group requires continuous training and introduction to new functions and features. You will act as a trainer but also presales contact to ensure high satisfaction rates.
