National Highways have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Handler to join our Network Claims team. This role will be based out of our Ipswich or Bedford office on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will: Be responsible for a portfolio of cases, from logging the claims through to their resolution. Proactively manage the progress of these claims in line with SLAs and to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
