FOUNDERS ASSOCIATE You'll support the CEO & COO and augment their capacity by taking on problems to solve that are critically important to GetGround. Some weeks that means building the model that decides whether we enter a new market. Others it means untangling why a core funnel is leaking, or writing the board paper, or standing up a function from scratch and handing it over. The brief changes constantly.
