Hi, I’m Ellie, People Lead at hx. I joined hx in January 2025 as a Senior People Partner and have recently stepped into the People Lead role. Outside of work, I’m an F1 fan and dog mum, so I’m no stranger to fast-paced environments or the occasional pit stop for walkies. Our People team supports all things people at hx, from performance and engagement to the systems, insights and day-to-day operations that help our teams do their best work.
