Social Worker – Pathways Team Salary up to £33k up to £42k DOE PLUS market supplement paid monthly. An exciting new opportunity has come up to join my client based in the North East area. They are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Pathways team. This team works work with young people who are cared for or who have cared experienced moving into independence. Ages 16 – 25, supporting to navigate the transition into adulthood and independence.
