Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join it client's Young Adults Team at Worcestershire. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will support young people aged 16–25 with disabilities as part of the All Age Disability (AAD) Service’s Young Adults Team. You will assist in their transition from Children’s Services to Adult Services, focusing on education, employment, independent living, community inclusion, and health.
