Abramson Labor Group, an applicant-side California workers’ compensation firm, is hiring a Hearing Representative to own our settlement and OSA (Order Suspending Action) hearing calendar before the WCAB. This is a hearing-facing role: you prepare each matter, appear virtually at every settlement hearing, keep the file and the client updated on both sides of the appearance, and resolve Orders Suspending Action from start to finish.
