ABOUT THE ROLE: Accela is looking for an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist to provide hands-on support across HR systems, reporting, process improvement, AI-enabled efficiency, and data/document management. Reporting to the Principal, AI Enablement & HR Analytics, this role will support key HR technology projects and help maintain recurring reporting and HR systems activities during a temporary leave period.
