Reports To: Chief Engineer Supervises: None General Purpose: Performs maintenance and repairs in specialized areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC. Cleans and maintains all equipment and work areas. Documents all parts used and parts needed to be purchased. Reports any unsafe conditions to the Chief Engineer. Specific Responsibilities: Checks with Front Desk to make sure all guest issues have been resolved.
