WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Our portfolio company is hiring a Director of Operations to run the business day to day so the founders can focus on strategic execution. You will lead the corporate team and own the operating systems behind our studios, including people operations, recruiting, the call center, inventory and warehouse operations, payroll, facilities, vendors, compliance coordination, and the weekly operating cadence. This is a hands-on leadership role.
