JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of Allocate’s legal team, you will play a dynamic and vital role in supporting Allocate’s long-term growth. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance with fund formation, onboarding, fund filings, regulatory compliance, as well as corporate governance matters, and other legal activities. You will also be an active participant in the development and success of Allocate’s technology products.
