Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated assistant manager to join our team at The Grove. As the assistant manager, you will act as a leader on the sales floor, assist with opening and closing procedures, and help drive sales through product knowledge and service excellence, and act as the store manager in their absence. The assistant manager works to drive the business of the store, ensure excellent customer engagement, and coach and develop the store team.
