The IR Coordinator is responsible for managing our phones and other administrative tasks associated with assisting our patients and other visitors. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for patients at our practice. Greet patients warmly & provide courteous service both in office and over the phone Use sound judgment in handling calls, especially when dealing with highly sensitive medical information.
