Responsibilities: Advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, termination, accommodations, leaves, and investigations. Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive employee matters. Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support.
