Today inbound and outbound sit under one small team, and on-time delivery is running at 57%. We’re splitting the function so inbound gets a dedicated owner for the first time. You’ll own on-time delivery performance and cost for everything moving from our vendors, domestic and international, into both fulfillment centers.
