Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight). Sweep floors, push cart through restaurant. Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
