SUMMARY: *This role is located on 950 Warren Ave, East Providence RI* 4–10-hour shifts The ambulatory advanced practice provider (APP) is responsible for providing patient- and family-centered care that is consistently high-quality and cost effective to ensure optimal care outcomes for patients with cardiac diseases. The APP reports directly to the Manager for APPs and the ambulatory Medical Director for the Division of Cardiology.
