Job Purpose: BTIG seeks a highly motivated and high‑performing Investment Banking Analyst to join the Energy &Infrastructure team based in Texas (Dallas or Houston). The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers across a variety of domestic and international corporate finance transactions. These include sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public and private equity and debt capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
