Position Summary The Relationship Manager Team Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining borrowing relationships. This position is responsible for the development of new and existing business through calling programs and cross-selling of Bank services, while also managing other Relationship Managers and/or Portfolio Managers. Additionally, the Team Lead will support maintaining loan quality and generating fee income are also key areas of responsibility.
