POSITION SUMMARY Job Description As a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative you will be responsible for the distribution of workload and monitoring of workflow for members of their assigned area to ensure assigned work is completed timely and accurately. Serves as a resource to supervisor and back up to cell owners and team members. **Required Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5 AM to 3:30 PM AND Sunday - Wednesday - 5 AM to 3:30 PM .
