**Primary Responsibilities** Build an exciting business strategy and grow your book of business with carriers you'll develop strong relationships with. Expand your carrier network while keeping those relationships rock-solid and mutually beneficial. Negotiate freight rates that work for everyone and keep the deals flowing. Own your daily shipments—make sure pickups and deliveries happen like clockwork.
