We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own the technology environment that keeps approximately 400 users productive across our Fort Wayne headquarters and remote branch offices. You'll lead a team of two help desk technicians, coordinate with our data team on shared infrastructure and access, and stay close enough to the work to configure a switch or rebuild a workstation when needed. This is a builder role, not a caretaker.
