Experience in commercial property management (Retail and Shopping Mall Buildings) is required for consideration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Using solid organizational skills, track and report work orders, leasing inquires, and TI projects. Schedule, follow up, and coordinate with vendors and tenants. Support lease contract-related document preparations (Leases, Amendments, Addendums, LOI’s) and possess a working knowledge of core lease clauses and provisions.
