Review calls, Adverse Event (AE) and Product Quality Complaint (PQC) reports/cases and associated documentation completed by Call Center staff to ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), regulatory requirements and client guidelines. Provide coaching, feedback and training to staff.
