About the Team The Outside Sales team has been the face of DoorDash to our merchant partners since our founding in 2013. We build deep, hyper-local relationships with the most sought-after SMB restaurants in each region. By sourcing and qualifying new merchants, the Sales Development team drives the top of the funnel for Outside Sales and fuels the growth of partnerships that strengthen restaurant operations, accelerate consumer demand, and improve DoorDash’s bottom line.
