About the Team The DashMart Growth team is responsible for accelerating consumer growth across DoorDash's first-party retail business. We own the strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, order frequency, and long-term profitability by partnering across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development. Within DashMart, this role will focus on our DashMart Fulfillment Services business.
