The ELA-S Secondary Resource Teacher provides appropriate Spanish language instruction and support for all Spanish speaking English language learners (ELL) with a CELA score of 1, 2 and 3. Collaborates with classroom teachers to identify English language forms, functions, and supports that make academic language and classroom content accessible to English Language Learners. Counsel students to encourage and support student achievement.
