ABOUT THE ROLE As an Analyst/Associate at Equal Ventures, you will work with the partnership to develop and refine investment theses, source new investments, and support portfolio companies from seed through scale. You will be expected to own deals end-to-end, represent Equal externally with founders and ecosystem partners, and help level up the firm through content, events, and internal initiatives. This role is based in person at our New York City office.
