ABM is hiring an Employee Benefits Accountant to be responsible for the proper accounting of employee benefits. Non-union benefits account for 60% of ABM’s employee population and Union benefits account for the remaining 40%. The union segment requires a different reconciliation approach due to the numerous union contracts that ABM is involved with on a yearly basis.
