The Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist 2 is responsible for providing Medical Nutrition therapy to patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting to include nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis and intervention in the management of patient care. Assesses nutritional needs and identifies nutrient requirements according to age, disease, and individual needs for all nutritionally at-risk patients. Develops, implements and monitors nutrition care plans.
