DTCC's Corporate Actions team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the processing of mandatory corporate action events for DTC-eligible securities. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing events including mergers, stock splits, reverse splits, reorganizations, liquidations, name changes, and mandatory exchanges, while partnering closely with clients, transfer agents, issuers, and internal stakeholders.
