The EHS Manager leads all environmental, health, and safety activities at Coherent’s Sherman, Texas manufacturing facility. The position reports directly to the Regional EHS Leader, United States, maintains a dotted-line relationship with the Sherman Site Leader. The EHS Manager serves as the site’s primary EHS authority, manages a small team of site EHS personnel, and owns the implementation and continual improvement of the site’s EHS management system and programs.
