THE OPPORTUNITY Hedge is hiring a founding Account Executive to own the full commercial cycle from qualified agency conversation through bound premium and expansion. This is a high-accountability role with unusually high upside for someone who can turn trust, discipline, and insurance fluency into revenue. COMPENSATION AND UPSIDE Target OTE is $500K. Base salary is $110K-$150K, creating a target cash range of $460K-$500K across the base range.
