THE OPPORTUNITY Hedge is hiring a founding growth operator to build the systems that turn market opportunity into repeatable revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from analysis to campaign to operating process without waiting for a large team. COMPENSATION AND UPSIDE Base salary is $110K-$150K. Target OTE is $180K-$250K, with performance compensation tied to measurable growth outcomes. Equity is 0.25%-1.50%.
