THE OPPORTUNITY Hedge is hiring a founding Head of Partnerships to create the alliances that expand our distribution, capabilities, and reach. This is not the carrier-appointment role. You will own strategic relationships with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and other platforms that can create durable, two-sided value. COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP Base salary is $120K-$250K. Equity is 0.25%-1.25%.
