THE OPPORTUNITY Hedge is looking for a founding SDR who wants real ownership, unusually high upside, and a direct path into closing roles. You will turn a large market of independent insurance agencies into qualified conversations and measurable bound premium. COMPENSATION AND UPSIDE Target OTE is $200K at an $80K base. Base salary is $60K-$100K, creating a target cash range of $180K-$220K across the base range.
