THE OPPORTUNITY Hedge is hiring a founding wholesale broker to build and own our entertainment practice. You will combine retail-agency relationships, entertainment risk judgment, placement craft, and fast execution to produce durable revenue across film, television, digital production, music, touring, live events, venues, and production services. COMPENSATION AND UPSIDE Target OTE is $500K.
